Privacy Policy

Our approach to privacy
Feelpo is built on the principle that you own your health data. This policy explains what information we collect through this website today, including the Founding Members programme and our enquiry forms, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you join Founding Members, we collect your first name, email address, country, primary area of interest, and optionally your occupation and how you heard about Feelpo. When you submit an enquiry (as an employer, healthcare organisation, investor, partner, researcher or general enquiry), we collect your name, email address, optional organisation name, and your message. If you complete our optional Founding Members survey, your responses (such as sleep, stress and wellbeing questions) are collected anonymously and are never linked to your name or email address.
We also use privacy-focused analytics to understand how our website is used, in order to improve it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to send updates you have opted into as a Founding Member, and to understand aggregate interest in Feelpo (for example, how many people from a given country have joined). We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties we use
We use a small number of specialist providers to run this website, each with access only to what they need to do their specific job:
- Google Firebase: hosting and our database (Firestore), which stores Founding Member, survey and enquiry submissions.
- Resend: sends transactional emails (confirmations and acknowledgements) triggered by your own actions on this site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies form submissions aren't automated spam.
- Sentry: error monitoring, so we can fix bugs when something breaks.
- Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics: privacy-focused analytics on how the site is used.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from Founding Member updates at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
